- Donna: I didn't.
- Sam: There's a swimming pool underneath there. And I'll tell you what else, according to the OMB efficiency auditor, there are more people working in the West Wing of the White House than at any point in history.
- Donna: You want to free up office space by kicking out the press corps?
- Sam: Yeah.
- Donna: And putting in a swimming pool?
- Sam: I realize there are some flaws in my logic.
